Roger Toledo is a bilingual investment professional with more than 15 years of experience in financial services, helping individuals, families, and business owners make thoughtful, confident financial decisions. Before transitioning into wealth management, Roger built a strong foundation in corporate finance as a Senior Financial Analyst. In that role, he partnered closely with executive leadership on budgeting, treasury management, banking relationships, and financial reporting across domestic and international operations. This experience sharpened his perspective on liquidity, risk management, and strategic capital allocation. Roger later joined Morgan Stanley, where he worked with domestic and offshore high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients on nationally recognized teams. There, he gained deep experience in sophisticated portfolio construction, alternative investments, and capital markets strategies — insight he now brings to serve Retail and Commercial clients at IBC Investment Services. Following his time at Morgan Stanley, Roger worked as a wholesaler where he covered institutional and registered investment advisory firms across Florida and Puerto Rico, helping distribute and support sophisticated investment solutions. In that role, he partnered closely with multi-billion-dollar RIA’s, private banks, family offices and wirehouse teams providing business development support, portfolio ideas and strategic planning tailored for institutional and UHNW clients. Roger specializes in aligning investment strategies with broader financial goals — whether preparing for retirement, navigating liquidity events, managing business capital, or building long-term generational wealth. His approach blends institutional-level discipline with personalized planning tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Fluent in Spanish, Roger believes financial planning is deeply personal.
