Oscar O. Silva

Oscar O. Silva is an LPL Financial Consultant with IBC Investment Services. Oscar has more than 12 years’ experience in the Financial Industry, working in both; banking and finance. Oscar’s passion is to help clients to pursue their financial goals; helping them to work toward growing, saving, and preserving their assets. Oscar works with domestic and international clients, and his main focus is always doing what is right for the client while helping them on wealth management, retirement planning, education and insurance. Oscar holds FINRA series 6, 7, 63, 65 securities licenses, held with LPL Financial as well as Group 1 Texas state life insurance license. Oscar earned his BBA at the University of Texas Pan-American in Edinburg TX. Outside the office, Oscar likes to spend time with his toddler daughter and wife, either enjoying an evening while in the backyard barbequing or going for weekend getaway trips.
